ASAP - MRA's new "As Soon As Possible " activity is called Evolution. This is a fun game that involves the skills of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" as a strategy.

K-2 - The Kindergarten through Second Graders are continuing to participate in the unit called "Building a Foundation." They are practicing moving at different levels, directions, and tempos. They used ribbon wands and hula hoops while they were exploring these concepts.

3-6 - The third through sixth graders played cooperative games that helped them develop cooperation, trust and teamwork skills with their classmates.

7-8 - The seventh and eighth graders started their PE class with exercises that worked their upper and lower bodies. They are also participating in cooperation, trust and teamwork skills in game situations.

7th/8th Grade Health Class - The students studied the interrelationship of physical, mental/emotional and social health this week. The students participated in activities where they worked with partners and small groups to practice their newly learned skills.

Please send your children to school with athletic shoes on their PE days. It is important for them to be able to participate in all of the activities and stay safe.
